Nordic Lead Database (nordicleaddatabase.com) is a Clevenio product, operated and sold by Clevenio. These terms cover your use of this website. The product itself — subscriptions, billing, data licensing, and support — is governed by the Clevenio terms at Clevenio terms and conditions, which take precedence wherever the two differ.

Subscription & billing

Plans are priced, sold, and billed by Clevenio — not on this site. Current plans are listed at clevenio.com/pricing, and the billing, renewal, and cancellation terms that apply are the ones published in the Clevenio terms and conditions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Nordic Lead Database data to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email outside the limits of applicable B2B email law
  • Resell the raw data to third parties
  • Train AI models on the data without prior written agreement
  • Conduct automated harvesting beyond the rate limits of your plan

Data rights

The company and contact data here comes from Clevenio, which sources it from publicly available business information. Opt-outs are honoured within 24 hours: removal requests go to Clevenio via the Clevenio database privacy policy, and the record is then suppressed across the dataset.

Service-level expectations

We aim for 99.9% uptime on the API and web app. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. Refunds for downtime are at our discretion and typically issued as service credits.

Liability

Nordic Lead Database is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from outbound campaigns.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email and on the website.
